How to Order?
Ordering only takes a few simple steps!
- Log in or create an account on our website.
- View our products and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.
- Open your cart and enter the necessary details.
- Choose your desired method of payment and fulfill.
- Receive your order & tracking number.
- Wait for the arrival of your products.
Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
To modify, you have to cancel your original order within 24 hours of placing it and create a new one. You can no longer modify your order once the package has been shipped out.
What are the payment options?
Our payment provider—Paymongo—accepts cards, online banking, and e-wallets such as GCash, as well as supporting the use of QR Ph.
How much is the shipping fee?
We currently charge 80.00 PHP for orders within Luzon and 100.00 PHP for orders in Visayas and Mindanao.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- For orders within Metro Manila, your order may arrive within 2-3 days.
- For greater Luzon, your order may take 3-5 days to arrive.
- For Visayas and Mindanao, your order may take 4-7 days to arrive.
Please take note that orders may be delayed due to holidays and extreme weather conditions.
Who is your courier?
We currently use J&T Express for our order fulfillments. Once your order has been placed and shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number that you may enter using the J&T website to track your package.

What to do if I have an allergic reaction?
You may contact us through our email at cs@kaleia.com.ph and include the following details:
- The full name of the product used
- A description of the symptoms experienced and their onset.
- Our team may ask for the following:
- Photos of the affected area
- Photos of the product used
